Return Policy
New York City Sailor offers a return period of 15 days from date of receipt.
Products requiring service, warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Special Order products may not be returned unless defective. This includes all New York City Sailor brand apparel.
Damage from improper installation is not covered under this policy.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for ALL returns and MUST be returned to the address stated on the RMA. Returns sent to the mailing address on our contact page cannot be accepted.
- Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.
- Upon inspection, all items returned in non-resalable condition or with parts missing will be charged a restocking fee, at our discretion. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%; please contact the Customer Service Department for details.
- Returns of oversize items incur a restocking fee of 20% if returned for reasons other than defect or shipping damage.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns / exchanges.
To obtain an RMA number, send email to CustomerService@NewYorkCitySailor.com and provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and reason for return. Please include pictures of any shipping damage.
Shipping Damage Claims
Any claims for goods damaged in shipment MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
